What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number, business name and message you give us. We also keep basic technical information your browser sends, such as your user agent, to help us prevent spam and abuse.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you have asked for. That is it. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a contact form. If you choose to get our tips and offers by email or text, we keep a record of when and how you agreed, and we keep every unsubscribe permanently so we never message you again after you have said stop.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business — email delivery, our customer records system, and the software platform our client tools run on. Each is bound by contract to use your information solely to provide their service to us. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site stores two things in your browser: your light or dark mode preference, and the language you chose. Neither leaves your device. If we later add analytics we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
AI-assisted services
Our services use AI assistants to answer calls and messages on behalf of our clients. When we run those services for a client, conversations may be recorded, transcribed and processed by AI to produce summaries and follow-ups. Our clients are responsible for disclosing this to their own customers, and we help them do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years so we have context if you come back, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts plus seven years, as our tax obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days.
