What is an AI receptionist?
An AI receptionist is software that answers your business phone, texts and web chat automatically, 24 hours a day. It greets the caller, answers common questions and books the job into your calendar. If it is urgent, it takes the details, calls you with them and puts the caller through. It can also call customers back to confirm or reschedule, and you get a ping on your phone or email for every new lead.
How long does it take to set up?
About two weeks for a standard setup. In the US, texting needs approval from the phone companies first, which can add time. Chat and reviews usually start in the first week. Phone answering takes longer, because we test it well before your real calls go to it.

Where do you work? Do I need to be near you?
We are based in Saskatoon and work with businesses right across Canada and the United States. Everything we set up runs remotely, so your location makes no difference — we meet by video and handle the rest.
Calls, texts and bookings
Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes, we tell them. Your AI helper introduces itself as your virtual receptionist, with the name you choose, and any caller who asks for a person is put through to you or gets a call back. In practice customers mind waiting far more than they mind AI.
What happens if the AI gets something wrong?
It only knows what we teach it, and when it is not sure, it passes the customer to you instead of guessing. We teach it your real services, prices and rules. You can see everything it said, and we fix any gaps every month.
Can AI actually book appointments into my calendar?
Yes. It reads your live availability, offers real open times, and writes the confirmed booking straight into your calendar. The customer gets a confirmation and a reminder, and you get a ping on your phone or email.
Does it speak French or Spanish?
Yes. It can answer in English, French and Spanish. We set it up in the languages your customers actually use, and test each one before it goes live.
Your tools
Do I need to replace my phone system or website?
No. You keep your phone number and your website. We connect your AI crew to what you already use. If your website is really holding you back we will say so, but you never have to replace it to get started.

Is there a long contract?
No. Setup is a one-time fee, then a simple monthly fee. We would rather earn the renewal.
